HONG KONG, February 15, 2026 - On the evening of February 14, the skies above Victoria Harbour were transformed into a canvas of light as the "Galloping Steeds Welcome Spring · Bauhinia Celebration" drone show marked the arrival of the Year of the Horse.
In a display of technological precision and artistic vision, a fleet of 2,026 drones took flight, utilizing the night sky to sketch magnificent imagery. The performance featured a giant golden horse galloping across the horizon, seamlessly weaving together iconic symbols of Hong Kong’s identity - from the resilient spirit of "Lion Rock" to the engineering grandeur of the "Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge."

Beyond the visual spectacle, the formations conveyed a deeper narrative through bold aerial calligraphy, displaying phrases such as "Vigorous Spirit," "Taking the Lead," and "Full Steam Ahead." These messages symbolize the determination of Hong Kong—an international metropolis driven by the dual engines of technology and innovation—as it accelerates toward a bright future.
The event served as a perfect demonstration of how modern technology can revitalize traditional festivities. The closing blessing, "A Prosperous Home, A Better Hong Kong," resonated deeply with spectators and organizers alike.
Looking ahead to the new year, the drone industry remains committed to collaboration across all sectors:
Emulating the Galloping Steed: We pledge to forge ahead with determination, driving business development and breaking new ground.
Reflecting the Blooming Bauhinia: We strive to create enduring value for our clients through unwavering excellence and quality.
We wish Hong Kong continued prosperity and enduring stability. May the Year of the Horse bring good fortune, health, and happiness to all.
