"ARTOPIA" is more than just a flagship cultural and creative project responding to the needs of the times; it is a strategic initiative of profound significance. We are dedicated to establishing "Safety Standards for Creative Art Performances" for Hong Kong while simultaneously building the city's "Social-Psychological Resilience."

Currently, Hong Kong is accelerating its push for a "Mega Event Economy." However, we have keenly observed a critical pain point in the market: we often possess top-tier hardware but lack an original soul; we have market enthusiasm but lack industry standards. Facing this reality, X Social Group has taken the lead, in collaboration with Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and various charitable organizations, to build Hong Kong's first closed-loop ecosystem: "Art Tech x Social Therapy x Safety Standards."

Our vision is to create the world's first "Mobile Art Museum at Sea." By combining drone formation performances with sailboat parades, we are transforming the sea and sky of Victoria Harbour into a colossal stage.

Yet, the core of this showcase is not merely technical spectacle, but the warmth of the human spirit. Through "Art Therapy Workshops," we guide underprivileged communities and children to draw the "Guardians" within their hearts. These drawings, carrying dreams and courage, will no longer remain dormant on paper. Through our drone technology, they will ascend to the skies, transforming into a dazzling galaxy that illuminates Hong Kong's night.
