X Social Group's Samuel Lam Attends ASTRI Low-Altitude Economy Forum: Building a New Benchmark for Hong Kong's "ESG" Green Low-Altitude Cultural Tourism with DTORI Safety Data and ARTopia

HONG KONG, May 21, 2026 —— A major breakthrough has arrived for smart cities and the low-altitude economy. Mr. Samuel Lam Hon Yuen, CEO of X Social Group, was cordially invited to attend the high-level industry seminar Future of Urban Transportation: Low-altitude Economy (LAE) organized by the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), where he delivered a core keynote speech.

The forum brought together over 120 industry experts and stakeholders. Mr. Samuel Lam (CEO of X Social Group) joined prominent government and corporate think-tank members on stage—including Ir Dr. Ted Suen, MH (CEO of ASTRI), Mr. Domainic Chow (Deputy Director-General of Civil Aviation, HKSAR), Mr. Kenny Chan (Chief Director of ASTRI) and Mr. Ricky Siu (Senior Vice President of Mobile Product and Solutions, Commercial Business at HKT) to collectively map out the "new quality productive forces" blueprint for Hong Kong's low-altitude economy.

🚀 Defining Hong Kong Standards: The "ESG × Web3" Underlying Logic of DTORI and ARTopia

As a pioneering representative of the low-altitude economy in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), Mr. Samuel Lam provided a comprehensive analysis of ARTopia, a flagship project co-created by X Social Group and Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. Lam pointed out that the normalized commercialization of the low-altitude economy must be built upon a three-in-one framework: "hardcore technology, compliance & safety, and social virtue." For the first time, he disclosed to the industry the innovative path through which ARTopia fully datafies core ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values:

🍀 Environmental Protection (E) — Green Carbon Emission Indices & RWA Tokenization

  • Quantifiable Carbon Reduction: ARTopia’s regular cultural tourism drone light shows utilize pure battery-powered drones instead of traditional fireworks, reducing carbon emissions by 93.7% per show. This provides a precise, quantifiable environmental contribution to the city's mega-event economy.

  • Asset Innovation: Moving forward, the project will integrate Web3 technology to explore Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization for green carbon emission indices, pioneering a new green finance model for the low-altitude economy.

🤝 Social Responsibility (S) — Tech for Good & Community Dream-Fulfillment

  • Co-creation with Underprivileged Groups: The project collaborates deeply with underprivileged students and children with Special Education Needs (SEN). Using programming technology, their 2D drawings are calculated and transformed into a 3D matrix "Sky Theater" in the night sky.

  • Charitable Giving: Commercial revenues from these cultural tourism projects will feed back into charitable organizations and creators, exemplifying the core philosophies of social integration and "Tech for Good."

🏛️ Corporate Governance & Compliance (G) — DTORI Five-Dimensional Dynamic Risk Assessment Safety Foundation

  • Sandbox Regulation: Project safety relies on the DTORI (Drone Take-off Reliability Index) safety framework, which has been officially selected for the HKSAR Government’s low-altitude economy "Regulatory Sandbox."

  • Comprehensive Protection: By implementing a five-dimensional dynamic risk assessment across "Satellite, Sky, Ground, Drone, and Regulation" (星、空、地、機、規), the project ensures a 0% accident rate during regular flight operations, setting a high benchmark for industry compliance and safety governance.

Following the seminar, X Social Group's "DTORI Data Foundation + ARTopia ESG" model sparked enthusiastic responses among the attendees.

Mr. Samuel Lam concluded:

"The future of the low-altitude economy lies not just in the width of the sky, but in the depth of data and the warmth of humanity. X Social Group will continue to collaborate with the HKSAR government, scientific research institutions, and telecom giants. Together, we will fortify our safety foundation with DTORI and deliver social well-being through ARTopia, defining the new smart city standards for Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area."

As a continuation of these achievements, the flagship ARTopia project will move into the Hung Hom New Waterfront Event Space on May 30, 2026, to host its fourth drone light show, striving to create a permanent landmark for green cultural tourism powered by "Tech for Good" in Hong Kong.
