We are pleased to see the policy address highlighting support for the low-altitude economy. Our holding company is focused on two primary sectors: drone delivery and drone light shows. We welcome the proposed amendments to regulations that aim to relax restrictions on drone weight and payload.

We recommend adopting Meituan's standard of a 2.3-kilogram payload limit to foster business growth and innovation. Furthermore, relaxing restrictions on beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations is essential for advancing the low-altitude economy, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating new business opportunities.

The report also emphasizes collaboration with the mainland, including the establishment of low-altitude cross-border flight routes and associated infrastructure. We advocate for streamlined transport for emergency medical supplies and aim to expand Guangzhou's telemedicine services to Hong Kong to enhance medical delivery accessibility.

Additionally, we plan to partner with higher education institutions and satellite Space Network System (SNS) companies to improve research on drone satellite communication networks and route management, thereby enhancing drone technology and operational efficiency.
