本次活動由 ARTopia 聯合 香港浸會大學、匡智會攜手呈現。主辦方X Social Group 以 800 架無人機為數位畫筆，將特殊教育需要（SEN）孩子們筆下天真爛漫的繪畫作品，一筆一畫地轉化為香港最耀眼夜空中的公共藝術。這項兼具社會大愛與低空科技創新的壯舉，更有幸榮登 TVB《星期日檔案》 進行深度專訪與專題報導。
